Primary duties include creating concepts for original promotional- and image campaigns, including storyboarding, directing and designing campaign spots. Supervise and coordinate the pre-production and post-production of promos being developed internally and with external companies. Other duties include selecting voice-over talent and providing creative guidance and assistance to the video- and soundeditors, production managers and associate producers. Promotional Campaigns will include Station Image Campaigns, Marketing and Aff. Marketing Promo's, Cross-Promotional spots, Tune-In Promo's and In-House Presentations.
Strong written and oral communication skills. -Willingness to explore and learn emerging technologies. -Ability to excel in a collaborative environment and manage own work against tight deadlines. -Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Maya is required. -Consumer of Graphic Design and Pop Culture. -Candidate must be familiar w/state of the art tv/film production & post production, high end graphics production & all related technology.
Candidates have at least 3 years of work experience and formal training in graphic design, typography, motion graphics and interaction design.
