Ramp Creative Earns Acclaim From LACP

Ramp Creative, the Los Angeles-based design studio won two honors from the 2008 Vision Awards, an international annual report competition sponsored by the League of Communications Professionals (LACP) in San Diego. They received honors for their design and development of the CWS Capital Partners and the Edwards Lifesciences annual report. Each report won top placement in their respective categories from over 3,500 international entries from 22 countries.

The 2008 annual report for CWS Capital Partners, a real estate management firm entitled "Prepared," won a Gold Award in the Real Estate Category. The report received an overall 96 out of 100 for total score, and 29 out of 30 for the First Impression category as well as 10 out of 10 for Creativity. Christine Kennedy, LACP Managing Director mentioned that "the level of creativity exhibited in the report judged for CWS Capital Partners is outstanding."

The 2008 annual report entitled "Legacy of Leading" for Edwards Lifesciences, a leader in cardiovascular disease treatments, won a Silver Award in the Health Care Supplies Category. The report received an overall 95 out of 100 for total score, and 28 out of 30 for the First Impression category as well as 10 out of 10 for Creativity.
