Beyond Design, in partnership with Spectrum Brands, was honored with a "Best in Category" Housewares Design Award for their design of the Remington Pro Power Series Haircut and Beard Trimmer. The product won the award in the Personal, Health, & Garment Care category.
The Pro Power Series features quality cutting blades coated in hard-wearing titanium for a precise, smooth cut and reduced vibration. The clippers are ergonomically designed for better control and feature unique Click N' Wash blades that conveniently slide away from the clipper for easy cleaning. The clippers have two combs featuring a wide range of 15 length settings, as well as a stubble comb for facial styling.
Housewares Design Awards finalists were chosen based on design believed to differentiate a product with unique appearance and/or function. The judges considered appropriate aesthetics, innovative materials and technology, user benefits, and market response.
