Christian Louboutin Exhibition Breaks Design Museum Visitor Records

The Christian Louboutin exhibition, which opened at the Design Museum on May 1, has broken all previous visitor figure records with an average daily attendance of 910 visitors. To date the exhibition has attracted over 38,000 visitors. The exhibition has just over 3 weeks left to run before closing on July 9.

"I am so thrilled at the overwhelming response to this exhibition," commented Donna Loveday, curator of the exhibition. "With their instantly recognisable glossy red soles, Christian Louboutin's shoes have become such an important part of the fashion landscape. Louboutin has built one of the most successful shoe brands in the world and this exhibition aims to give a deeper insight into the designer behind the famous shoes."

To accommodate demand the Design Museum will be open until 9.45pm on the following dates: June 27, June 29, June 30 and until 8pm on July 1.
