The traditional Hilton Brighton Metropole Bar has undergone a dramatic renovation by local interior designers and architects designLSM. The brief was to create an all day bar and brasserie where guests will be comfortable meeting for lunch, dinner or drinks.
Senior Designer Karen Mitton sought inspiration from private members clubs and grand bistros. Work on the 260 sq m lounge commenced on April 16, 2012. The contemporary interior includes pendant lighting, booth seating, a brand new feature bar, and snug area.
"I am delighted with the design scheme for the Waterhouse Bar and Terrace," commented Guy Hilton, General Manager of Hilton Metropole. "It is now a modern, contemporary bar and lounge where hotel and non hotel guests alike will be able to enjoy cocktails, afternoon teas and drinks."
