Carbon Design Group has named design thinker, researcher, and strategist Linda Wagner as Director of User Experience. As Director of User Experience, Wagner's role expands to leading not only research and strategy teams, but the design team as well.

"Companies succeed when they offer something their customers' value, and this role makes it clear that we bring that lens to every client project."
Previously, Wagner spent five years at Microsoft, managing worldwide research for the Hardware group where she brought a user experience and business planning perspective to their product incubation, design, and development. She holds a Master's of Science in Strategic Design Planning and Human- Centered Design from the Institute of Design at IIT. Wagner also earned a Certificate in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, and is helping Carbon to grow sustainability as a core capability.
With over 10 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies, Wagner has a passion for driving the synthesis of deep customer insights to identify and catalyze business opportunities. Since joining Carbon in 2011, she has built Carbon's research and strategy team and delivered insightful guidance for a range of clients.
