The Quatrieme issue of the award-winning Vintage Magazine will hit newsstands on July 18. This issue features an ingenious cover by Chip Kidd, and filled with elaborate pop-ups, hand embroidery, die cuts, and pays more homage to architecture and design.
Each turn of the page of Quatrieme issue reveals a visual and tactile treasure, leading readers along on a grand house tour that begins on the ground floor with a playful, 4-flap cover designed by Chip Kidd evoking the look and feel of vintage linoleum.
The visit continues with ruminations on the home library by Lisa Birnbach, a tribute to Elsie de Wolfe, the godmother of interior design, and a personal history, including recipes, of the iconic AGA oven.
