Following hard on the heels of the success that was McLaren's The Art of Racing, the book charts the highs and lows of one of the most successful racing teams ever. No stone was left unturned to provide a rare insight into the workings of a Formula One team with unseen archive photographs and interviews with key members of the team throughout the decades.
Maurice Hamilton's essays combine these 'voices' with the expert commentary of one of motor sport's most respected racing correspondents. With material this unique, the designers' primary task was to make the narrative accessible and entertaining; giving the contents the chance to exert its grip on the reader's attention.
