The Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) has announced its 2014 International Conference, The Exchange, taking place August 13-16, 2014 in Austin, Texas.
This year's theme, The Exchange, highlights the process at the very core of what we do as designers. Through the innovative processes of design, something of value is given and something of value is received, advancing a current condition or experience to a new, expanded state.
The conference will serve as a vibrant gathering place in which design and industry professionals, design educators and students can exchange knowledge, information, ideas and stories regarding the many facets of the product development and design profession.
