BOKA Powell is designing the new 368,000 sq. ft. Westcreek Centre Office Tower, the first office tower inside Houston's West Loop 610 in 34 years. This next-generation office property will have 14 floors of office space atop seven floors of parking.
"The building is designed to efficiently meet the needs of end users in a simple geometric form, with a skin that transforms throughout the day and night in a lively interplay with the surrounding development," commented Andy Kim, project designer at BOKA Powell.
Located between San Felipe and Westheimer on West Loop 610, groundbreaking is expected by the fourth quarter of 2014, with a completion date set for mid-2016. BOKA Powell is providing the master planning, architectural design and interior design for this project.
