The Transformation of an Idea into Mass Success

The Transformation of an Idea into Mass Success

The next RKS Sessions, to be held at the Cross Campus on August 5, 2014, will host Craig Hickman the creator of Kid Pix.

Kid Pix is an easy-to-use paint program to encourage children to use the computer. Originally intending to give Kid Pix away, Hickman was able to design it exactly how he wanted.

At RKS Sessions, Hickman will present on how he was able to incubate his idea into mass commercial success. Hickman will take the audience through his guiding design principles, showing how he was able to turn an innovative concept into an iconic program.

RKS Sessions is a monthly designed-focused event series, hosted in the heart of Silicon Beach and showcases luminaries focused on cutting edge user experience, brand, service and product design.
