The 7th Service Design Global Conference will be held October 7-8 in Stockholm. With the theme of "Creating Value for Quality of Life," this year's conference aims to empower change though the design of better services, focusing on customers, employees, and citizens from around the world.
Attendees will enjoy more than 20 keynote speakers, eight workshops facilitated by acclaimed global design agencies such as Continuum and five exhibitions.
Additional events such as the exclusive members day, receptions and three basic service design courses will also be offered.
Furthermore, the conference will provide a strong networking platform for the 500 service design thought leaders, practitioners, academic representatives and students who will attend.
"Leading experts on service design, inspiring personalities from innovative fields and forward-thinking business representatives from across industries will meet in Stockholm to share, create and to connect," commented Birgit Mager, the conference co-chair and president of the international Service Design Network (SDN).
