The product required extensive ethnographic research and technology miniaturization resulting in a safe, effective and consumer-delighting experience.
Testing revealed that women were excited about the performance of the product and, because they found it to be beautiful, they said it would be placed on display on bathroom counters and avoid finding its way into a drawer to be forgotten.
