Digital Domain has added Daniel Rosen to its roster as Vice President of Technology. A recognized expert in strategic technological design, development and implementation, the addition of Dan comes as Digital Domain intensifies its pursuit of innovation and the latest in Visual Effects technology. Dan will report to O.D Welch, President, Digital Domain.

A long time industry veteran and a holder of numerous technology patents, Dan has held executive level technology leadership roles in both the military and entertainment industries. He Served as Vice President of Technology at Warner Bros, Managing Partner and Chief Technology Officer for Group 47 and Chief Engineer for DreamWorks, SKG Feature Animation. Additionally he has worked independently as a contractor for the Library of Congress' Motion Picture, Broadcast and Recorded Sound Division. He was also a Senior Researcher for TRW Defense and Space Systems Group.
A graduate of Claremont Men's College (now Claremont McKenna College), Dan is a member of The Visual Effects Society, The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, The Association of Computing Machinery, The Association of Moving Image Archivists and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is also an Associate Member of the American Society of Cinematographers.
