Stickbulb is a young lighting brand with a deep-seated sustainable mission and deep-rooted connection to New York's heritage. Designed by RUX, Stickbulb was co-founded in 2012 by long-time friends and Yale School of Architecture graduates Russell Greenberg and Christopher Beardsley as a way to express their mutual love of architecture, modular systems and sustainable manufacturing.
Stickbulb is a sleek, wooden beam with an LED light, which is the basic building block of any Stickbulb fixture that RUX (and their clients) can dream up - from small table lamps to room-filling installations. With a respect for the past and the life-cycle of materials, Stickbulb wood comes from locally demolished buildings and sustainably managed forests.
