Artemide Opens Lighting Consultancy & Training Center in New York

Artemide is opening a new Lighting Consultancy & Training Center in New York. The center is located at 46 Greene Street, adjacent to the Artemide flagship store in SoHo.

The multi-purpose space will host Artemide product training and events throughout the year. In addition, it will showcase the new Architectural collection developed for the North American market, including the Red Dot Award-winning Alphabet of Light, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group.

Artemide will host an opening event in the new center as part of the celebration of NYCxDesign on May 22nd. For the occasion, Artemide's new photographic campaign for 2017, shot by Pierpaolo Ferrari, will be exhibited in the showroom. The exhibition tells the story of Artemide lamps through Ferrari's stylistic compositions and characterizing usage of color.

The latest products from the Artemide design catalog will also be on display, including the Yanzi lamp family, designed by Neri & Hu, which recently made its debut at Euroluce, Ameluna, designed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Style, and Orsa, designed by Foster + Partners.
