Moroso Unveils Tent by Benjamin Hubert

Moroso has unveiled Tent by Benjamin Hubert, a 3D knitted chair made from a single, seamless piece of recycled nylon that is 3D knitted and then stretched over a steel frame.

Tent offers minimal waste in the manufacturing process since its made from one single panel with no stitching. The chair incorporates the largest piece of 3D-knitted material which consists of over two million loops of yarn and the woven elements takes three and a half hours to make. It integrates a padding material that is sandwiched between the material, visible on the surface of the seat.
