The inaugural Meaning-Centred Design Awards is now open for nominations. The Awards aims to recognize those design innovations that master the emotional and cultural meanings that drive consumer behavior.
The awards will celebrate the best brands, organizations, services, apps and products which have managed their own meaning or that of the category they sit in.
The awards are the brainchild of London strategic consultancy Precipice - the agency which launched the practice of Meaning-Centred Design. "As technology disrupts and changes our world, the business of meanings has never been more important," Precipice CEO Julie Jenson Bennett said. "The inaugural Meaning-Centred Design Awards recognise those visionaries that have embraced the power of meaning to devastating effect. I look forward to honouring the work of some of the world's most innovative designers."
The deadline for nominations is July 27, 2018.
