Studio Six recently updated the branding and strategic marketing for the much-loved GO Boulder/City of Boulder HOP transit service. The updated brand provides expanded and more reliable service and has been redesigned to meet the needs of a city that has evolved since the service was first introduced in 1994.
The graphics are hip, modern, energetic and upbeat and take its audience on a visual exploration of the heart of Boulder, from the University of Colorado campus, its artsy downtown, the urban live-work Boulder Junction neighborhood to the 29th Street Mall. Bright and attention-grabbing the HOP stands out in its environment, while representing Boulder's yin and yang as an urban city set in a natural landscape. The rebrand incorporates a hopping frog and rabbit, paying homage to the original HOP bus design.
