The STA 100 International Typography Competition is now open for submissions. Since 1978, the Society of Typographic Arts has recognized innovative communication design through its competition.
Juried by a panel of distinguished industry professionals, the 100 selections reflect the best of uses of typography today. This year, the STA 100 is chaired by Dan Kraemer, Founder & Chief Design Officer at IA Collaborative and is judged by Aaron Walter, VP of Design Education at InVision; Ellen Lupton, Curator of Contemporary Design at Cooper-Hewitt; Chicago-based Artist and Designer Matthew Hoffman; and Meriah Garrett, Chief Design Officer at USAA.
Submissions are open until October 18, and the winners are unveiled on October 30 during an evening with the judges in Chicago, Illinois.
