Adobe has released an update for Capture on iOS that includes the ability to capture color information in artwork and photos to create full-color vector shapes and use vector shapes to create layered patterns.
The new 'Color Shapes' feature allows users to create full-color vector shapes by selecting the desired colors to capture from artwork and photos and using the editing panel to add detail, cut out backgrounds or erase.
This update also brings 'Pattern Builder' to Android and iOS tablets, which allows users to create patterns from the vector shapes in their libraries. Creatives can choose from single-color vector shapes and combine them using the precise snap grid to create colorful seamless patterns in a variety of tile shapes for endless design variations.
