The International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) and WantedDesign Manhattan have announced a new platform of design showcase 'CLOSEUP' - a two-day trade event inspired by a TV show format, for product launches, trend direction, and virtual networking experiences. Two dynamic days of programming will be presented on October 28 and 29 and broadcast live from New York.
Elevating the virtual trade show format, CLOSEUP will connect the A&D community with brands and North American studios, providing design professionals a chance to source products from noteworthy local and international manufacturers in a lively and interactive format. Bringing New York to the world, the event will be staged and hosted from a specially designed set at Industry City, Brooklyn.
The CLOSEUP format will feature 27 companies presenting new collections through pre-recorded video product presentations from European and North American based studios, showrooms, and factories followed by live conversations and Q&As with company representatives and designers.
