adidas and Stella McCartney have unveiled a3 Flyride, a running shoe featuring the lightest heel-to-toe a3 cushioning system for women. It is the first adidas technology to be launched exclusively through the adidas by Stella McCartney range.
The a3 Flyride is the new generation of adidas' key cushioning technology, a3. It was designed exclusively for women as was the fit which is built on adidas' special women's last. While featuring all a3 cushioning benefits, the a3 Flyride is lighter, softer and more flexible. Additional benefits include extreme breathability through the engineered net mesh upper and sweat-absorbing and anti-odor treatments in the insole that will keep you comfortable even on hot summer days.

The shoe has a unique look with the traditional foam cushioning replaced by the a3 Flyride structure elements. The minimalist design upper fuses simplicity with details like the asymmetrical lacing system.
Colors are toned down, feminine and unexpected for a running shoe. The Stella McCartney signature color, dusty rose, provides feminine accents on the white upper and playful gradients and fadings underline the technical features.
