City Park, Glasgow, recently adapted and refurbished by Scottish practice Cooper Cromar, has had a fantastic Property Awards season in 2006, recently picking up 4 highly sought after industry awards. Recognising the major regeneration work that has been achieved at City Park, the British Council for Offices awarded the Scottish Refurbished/Recycled Workplace award; the British Urban Regeneration Association chose City Park for its UK Best Practice in Regeneration award; and Scottish Property Executive selected it for the Regeneration Award for Excellence. Earlier this year, City Park also received the Commercial Development of the Year award at the Scottish Property Week Awards.

Commenting Paul Martin, MSP said, "In a constituency where unemployment levels are among the highest in the UK, the City Park development has played a significant part in the regeneration of the City of Glasgow.
