Pearlfisher New York designed the brand identity and experience for Eco Farmhouses, Bodrum, a new innovative luxury real estate concept in Turkey.
Eco Farmhouses is a luxury development of 9 exclusive farmhouse-style villas, set on a beautiful hillside near Bodrum, Turkey, with a panoramic view of Gumusluk Bay and the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The villas are built to high style and environmental standards by local craftsmen with a sustainable way of living integrated into the community. Owners have the opportunity to take on new hobbies like raising plants and can order fresh organic food that is grown on-site, daily.
"Our objective was to develop a brand identity that communicates the sustainable philosophy behind this new innovative real estate concept," commented Jonathan Ford, Pearlfisher Founding Partner and Chief Creative Officer. "The infinity symbol embodies the longevity of sustainable living and the continuous loop of the organic experience that this development aspires to. The typeface, colors and textures reflect the philosophy and personality of the development, which is naturally inclusive, creative and dynamic. A range of environmental equities and marketing material were also designed to take people to the heart of the experience and bring the Eco Farmhouses' philosophy to life."
