Western Upper Peninsula Planning and Development Region

The Western Upper Peninsula Planning & Development Region (WUPPDR) encompasses the western 6 counties of Upper Michigan including Baraga, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw and Ontonagon. WUPPDR provides services to local units of government throughout the region from our office in downtown Houghton.
